I am Karen. For 35 years I have been living, breathing, and studying health and wellness. My journey started when I was 16 and became ill. The doctors were unable to fully help me so I took my health into my own hands. I started working at a health food store, reading every book I could find, and I started implementing what I learned into daily practice. I could not look back, wellness became my passion.
